Refund Policy

At Sunnyteez, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds according to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund for items that are returned in new and unused condition with the original packaging. Both defective and non-defective products are eligible, as long as the return is initiated within 60 days of delivery.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please send the item back using the included return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin processing your refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Fees

If the item was defective or the wrong product was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged due to customer handling. Items returned without original packaging are also not eligible for a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem promptly by offering a replacement or full refund.
