Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Sunnyteez offers a simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Products must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging. Returns must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and indicate your preferred item.
Return Method
All returns must be sent back to us by mail. We do not support in-store or drop-off location returns at this time.
Return Label
A return label is included in the package for your convenience. Please use it to return the item within the allowed return window.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 60 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer a lifetime return policy.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or there was a mistake on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
